  1. If you have filed for bankruptcy, let the law firm handle it. If you haven't, pay your own bills. If they are too high, just pay a little on each until you get a firm grip on your expenses. And don't charge anything more until you get your finances balanced.
  2. You need to look on the actual report and see when it will be removed and if it is not long from now, let it go ahead and stay on until they remove it. If not, then you can pay the balance in full DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS because it will not be taken off of dilenquent. If you are going to pay the balance in full you need to call the acutal creditor and make up an agreement that if you pay it all right now will they remove it from your report. That is what I have done.
