Just wait and see, they are a good and reputalbe law firm that specializes in credit repair. It is no easy task, and may take time, so just be patient.
Like most credit repair companies, you are wasting your money. Check this site: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/137/ripoff0137593.htm Legitimate derogatory items stay on your credit report for 7-1/2 years from the date of first deficeincy. There is not secret formula or special letter that removes them. They use the old dispute everything over and over and hope the creditor doesn't verify in time. Problem is even if something does get deleted, it is very likely to come right back the next time the creditor updates to the credit bureau.
Late payment won't be removed at least you have serious reasons and proofs. But you don't need a middle man to do that, you should call the CC company and talk to them directly. Marcelo
