1. Yes. But we recommend NFCC accredited firms. They are the national federation of credit counselors. They likely have a member in your area. Best wishes.
2. Yes, they have had success with credit repair. However, like most credit repair companies on the Internet, they tend to fluff up their services. Also, I would not suggest using a NFCC company as they are debt service counselors not credit repair. If you do decide to use Lexington or any other credit repair company listed on the Internet, be very careful. I have been in the credit and collection industry for over 20 years and can provide you with some very good advice and how to handle your current credit issues if you email me privately.
